Air Control/1000은 FLEC cell의
기류와 공기습도를 조절하도록 설계됐다. 깨끗하고 건조한
공기 2-8 bar가 공급되며, 이 공기는 압력조절
장치, 기압계와 교체 가능한 charcoal filter를
통과하여 오른쪽과 왼쪽 두 채널로 나뉜다.오른쪽 채널은
flow controller와 flowmeter를
통해서 3-way valve로 간다. 왼쪽 채널은
flow controller, safety release
valve, flowmeter, 습윤기, 콘덴서를
통해서 3-way valve로 간다. 3-way valve를
돌리면, 건조공기와 습한 공기가 섞인다. 혼합된 공기의
습도는 flow controller에 setting된
flow에 의해 결정된다. valve는 공기의 건조
정도, 습도, 공기의 혼합비를 각각 조정하는 데 사용된다. |
